Leonid Rozhetskin, born in St. Petersburg, Russia, was raised and educated in the United States. As an international entrepreneur, venture capitalist, lawyer and former contributing newspaper columnist, Rozhetskin has been at the helm of some of the most successful and groundbreaking financial advances in modern Russia, including co-founding the third largest cellular company in Russia. Rozhetskin was part of a group that founded Renaissance Capital, which remains Russia’s largest and most successful domestic investment bank. He co-founded an independent venture capital firm, LV Finance, and served as the Executive Vice Chairman of Norilsk Nickel, Russia’s largest mining company.
